Who We Are
Arthur Fried
Founding partner
Arthur Fried is a founding partner at Sweet Sauté. He is a entrepreneur who has been involved with a number of successful ventures in the media space. Early in his career, Arthur told stories of families in New York City as a professional wedding photographer. He helped found Doctors of the World USA, a medical humanitarian NGO, and Romemu, a love-centered spiritual community in New York. He is a graduate of Tufts University and Harvard Business School.
David Fried
Founding partner
David Fried is a Brooklyn-based comedy writer whose work has been featured in The Toronto Film Festival and The New York Theater Festival. He has created original works for the Upright Citizen’s Brigade theater, People’s Improv Theater’s and Magnet Theater as well as web series such as Ride Share and Dead Grandma, the Musical! David is a cynical optimist and his work focuses on the absurdity of the everyday. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in History and Creative Writing. His boasts of athletic prowess have yet to be confirmed.

We are expert at story development, fiction and non-fiction. Our affiliates include prize-winning authors, scriptwriters, poets and producers. While story ideas are highly personal, we believe in story development that is collaborative, positive, meaningful and fun.
